What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you typed in: your name, phone number or email, what you're storing, and anything you choose to write in the optional message box. We also use a hidden honeypot field to help discard automated spam—you won't see it, and you shouldn't fill it in.
The site doesn't use analytics cookies, remarketing pixels, or other third-party trackers. Routine phone calls and texts aren't covered by this page (they're just normal business contact).
How we use it
Information from the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry—pricing, availability, or whatever you asked about. We don't sell it or use it for marketing lists.
On the business side, follow-up typically includes Paddy, one of the local owners handling day-to-day customer calls and messages alongside his brother.
Who touches it technically
Form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms on our behalf and used only to respond to inquiries. Netlify's privacy policy describes how they safeguard their infrastructure. Aside from routing your enquiry to Blockhouse Storage Company so we can follow up, unrelated third parties aren't copied in by default.
